إرسال طلب الحذفSend a deletion request

  1. أرسل رسالة من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.Send your request from the email address linked to your account.
  2. اكتب “حذف حساب SHARek” في عنوان الرسالة، وأضف اسمك داخل التطبيق.Use “Delete my SHARek account” as the subject and include your in-app name.
  3. سنراجع الطلب ونتواصل معك إذا احتجنا لتأكيد ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف.We’ll review the request and contact you if we need to confirm account ownership before deletion.
