SHARek تطبيق مجتمعي يساعد على مشاركة الطعام الفائض والتواصل بين المتبرعين بالطعام والأشخاص الذين يبحثون عن وجبة. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيفية استخدامها.SHARek is a community app for sharing surplus food and connecting food donors with people looking for a meal. This policy explains the information the app handles and how it is used.
٢. المعلومات التي نتعامل معها2. Information we handle
- معلومات تسجيل الدخول: عند استخدام Google أو Facebook، نتلقى المعلومات الأساسية التي يشاركها مزود تسجيل الدخول، مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الملف الشخصي ومعرّف الحساب.Sign-in details: When you use Google or Facebook, we receive basic information the sign-in provider shares, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier.
- معلومات الملف الشخصي: اللغة، البلد، نوع المشاركة (متبرع أو محتاج وجبة)، ومعلومة الديانة إذا اخترت إضافتها؛ الديانة اختيارية.Profile details: language, country, participation type (donor or meal seeker), and religion if you choose to provide it. Religion is optional.
- محتوى تشاركه: بيانات الوجبات والطلبات والصور والرسائل والتقييمات والبلاغات التي ترسلها من خلال التطبيق.Content you submit: meal and request details, photos, messages, ratings, and reports you send through the app.
- الموقع: عند منح الإذن، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك للمساعدة في عرض الوجبات والطلبات القريبة. قد تتم مشاركة موقع مباشر مع الطرف الآخر أثناء تنسيق الاستلام إذا بدأت هذه الميزة.Location: If you grant permission, the app uses your location to help show nearby meals and requests. Live location may be shared with the other participant during a handoff if you start that feature.

٣. تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google3. Sign in with Google
عند اختيار Google، يستخدم SHARek تسجيل الدخول OAuth للحصول على بيانات الملف الأساسية التي تسمح بها، مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والصورة. نستخدمها لإنشاء حسابك والتعرف عليه داخل التطبيق. لا يطلب SHARek الوصول إلى Gmail أو Drive أو جهات اتصال Google.When you choose Google, SHARek uses OAuth sign-in to receive the basic profile information you authorize, such as your name, email address, and photo. We use it to create and recognize your account in the app. SHARek does not request access to Gmail, Drive, or Google Contacts.

- حماية المجتمع، التعامل مع البلاغات، وتقديم الدعم الفني.To help protect the community, handle reports, and provide support.
٥. ما الذي يراه الآخرون؟5. What other users can see
قد يرى مستخدمو التطبيق الآخرون معلومات الملف اللازمة للتعامل المجتمعي، ومعلومات الوجبات والطلبات التي تنشرها، والرسائل التي ترسلها لهم. لا تنشر معلومات حساسة في وصف الوجبة أو المحادثة. لا يظهر موقعك المباشر للطرف الآخر إلا عند استخدام ميزة مشاركة الموقع.Other app users may see the profile information needed for community interactions, the meals and requests you post, and messages you send them. Do not include sensitive information in meal descriptions or chats. Your live location is shared with another participant only when you use the location-sharing feature.

يعتمد التطبيق على Supabase لتشغيل المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات. كما يتعامل Google أو Facebook مع تسجيل الدخول عند اختيارك لهما. قد تعالج هذه الجهات البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدماتها وفق سياساتها الخاصة.The app uses Supabase for authentication, its database, and file storage. Google or Facebook also handles sign-in when you choose that provider. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services under their own policies.
٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب7. Data retention and account deletion
نحتفظ بالمعلومات ما دام الحساب مستخدمًا وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وحماية المجتمع. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به من صفحة طلب حذف الحساب. قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات لفترة محدودة إذا لزم ذلك للأمان أو المتطلبات القانونية.We retain information while your account is in use and as needed to operate the service and protect the community. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from our account deletion page. Some records may be retained for a limited period when needed for safety or legal requirements.
٨. أمان المعلومات8. Information security
نستخدم مزودي خدمات لديهم ضوابط أمنية لتشغيل التطبيق، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكترونية آمنة بصورة مطلقة. حافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول ولا تشارك موقعك أو تفاصيل حساسة إلا عند الحاجة.We rely on service providers with security controls to operate the app, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. Keep your sign-in details private and share location or sensitive details only when needed.

SHARek ليس موجهًا للأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عمدًا. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا أرسل بيانات شخصية، تواصل معنا لطلب مراجعتها.SHARek is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request a review.
